What Will My Discount Be?

Discounts vary by model. Discounts usually vary from $500 to $4,000 BELOW MSRP. Many dealers are selling well above MSRP so the savings can be significant. Also, prices and rebates are locked in when you place the order. No surprises.

What if I Don't Need/Want the Vehicle When it Comes In?

There is no risk. If you don't need or want the vehicle when it comes in (for any reason) then just let us know. You can choose to decline the vehicle when it comes in for any reason. This is even stated on the ordering form. We get extra inventory for custom orders so we appreciate the extra inventory even if you don't purchase it when it comes in.

What are the Rebates and Incentives?

Fieldhouse Ford is set up with Ford so that the rebates and/or special financing rates from the time of your order are locked in. The rebates can't go down. If the rebates and/or special financing are better at the time you pick the vehicle up then you can choose the better incentives from the sale date. You can't lose!

How Long Does it Take to Place an Order?

It usually takes around 1/2 hour to place a custom vehicle if you know what you want. If you don't know what you want then we would be happy to take as much time as you need to answer your questions and make sure you're confident in ordering the vehicle you want.

What if I Don't Know What I Want?

Our team is trained to help you review available models, color, options, equipment and packages to make sure the vehicle is right for you. We would love to answer any of your questions!

How Much Time to Get My Vehicle?

Ford is prioritizing customer orders to make sure you get your vehicle as soon as possible. Current lead times are around 8-12 weeks from placing the order but Ford is working to improve the timing. Ford offers order tracking at: https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking#/

What Happens to My Trade Value?

In most cases Fieldhouse Ford can hold your trade value while the new vehicle comes in. We agree on expected mileage until the custom order arrives and review the vehicle condition. Excess mileage or additional vehicle damage could change the appraisal.

How Much of a Down Payment Will I Need?

At this time no down payment is required.

What if I Would Like to Finance My Vehicle?
